Meet your host

Hi, I’m Josie.

When I started my firm, I said yes to just about every client and service that came my way: construction and manufacturing clients, international work, CFO projects, and bookkeeping. Revenue grew, but the firm started running me instead of the other way around.

So I made some decisions about who I wanted to serve, what I wanted to sell, and where my time should go. Those decisions shaped the firm I run today: an advisory-only practice with subscription pricing, serving coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses. In my first year, I tripled my revenue target while working part-time.

Your firm doesn’t have to look like mine. That’s the point.

This is my fourth year hosting this summit, because there’s more than one right way to build a firm, and I want you to find yours.
